During the checkout process, there will be a chance to enter the lucky draw when you choose delivery on any day up until Mon, 13 January.

Entries close midnight (South African time) Mon, 13 January.

The lucky sender/winner will be informed on Tuesday, 14 January.

The Winner(Sender) will be able to select any delivery date and address in SA during 2025, ALL FREE OF CHARGE.

WE DELIVER SAME DAY TO ANY ADDRESS IN SOUTH AFRICA AND MOST CITIES IN OTHER AFRICAN COUNTRIES.

DELIVERY RULES

Same Day Deliveries
Orders must be received by 13h00 (CET) for guaranteed same day deliveries, however, same day deliveries may still be possible for orders received after 13h00.
We will let you know if we are unable to deliver your order on the same day.
We deliver daily during office hours and on Saturdays.
Orders must be received by 12h00 on a Saturday for same-day deliveries.
Some deliveries only take place in the afternoon. Please be patient.
Sunday & Public Holiday Delivery
Sunday and public holiday deliveries are also possible as some of our florists are open for business. However, if we are unable to deliver on the Sunday or Public holiday, then we will get in touch with the recipient to forward your message and make suitable delivery arrangements when we re-open shop.
Remote and/or outback areas
There is a possibility that we might have to contact the recipient to make suitable arrangements for delivery.
Please note that our florists in small or remote areaswe may need to substitute colour or cuts of flowers, especially if you order at short notice.
Nobody home at time of delivery
Should nobody be home at time of delivery, we will make contact with the recipient and make suitable delivery arrangements.
Most flowers on our catalogue are available all year round.
Some containers and cuts of flowers and colours might be unavailable at short notice,especially in smaller towns and remote areas, in which case we will substitute the best we can.In this instance the appearance of the arrangement might differ from the picture on the website.
Please note that some flowers are out of season at times or in short supply due to seasonal effects on crops (especially with regard to roses, lilies and the mixed flower arrangements) and we make up to the best of our ability to match the colour and types of flowers and shape of containers, according to availability.
Courier Orders
We courier some of our flower orders overnight to certain outlying towns. Our couriers do not drive overnight on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday. In this instance, we might deliver your flowers a day earlier or a day later than requested.
Delivery Delays
We always do our best to deliver on time, but there could be a slight possibility that your order might be delayed due to power outages.We will always do our utmost to deliver on time.Loadshedding can affect connectivity, farmer’s indoor growing facilities, cold rooms, etc.Thank you for your understanding in this regard.
Incorrect/Missing Information
Incorrect or missing information supplied, can result in a non-delivery. In this case you will be required to pay an additional delivery fee.
Delivery delays due to payment processing
No deliveries will be made before your payment reflects in our bank account, unless you are a guaranteed account holder.This applies when you choose to do a manual deposit or EFT payment directly into our FNB bank account. For this reason, please request your bank to clear and pay the funds immediately.

I just wanted to thank you for accommodating my request to deliver flowers to my daughter today. The person that deserves special mention is Karima (sp?) because I could hear that you were busy and also that it is a mission to take orders manually vs via the Internet. I went through a nightmare starting from just past 11am when I tried to book flowers via Netflorist and the whole order had been concluded (or so I thought) but my screen just hung on the message saying please don�t leave this page.... processing.... and when it still said this 20 mins later I realised that the order probably wasn�t processed. By the time I had gone through the whole order process AGAIN - only to have the same thing happen to me, I decided to phone them for help - only to have them say that SORRY there�s no way they will deliver on the same day (because their cut-off is 12 noon)!! SO, when I contacted you in a panic (because my daughter is only in hospital for the day - she�s having the top of her pinkie cut off because it was crushed in an accident) and Karima helped me I was VERY grateful!
